Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what information Spinluckclub collects when you visit the site or play our games, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Spinluckclub is a free social casino for adults 18+. No real-money gambling. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.
1. Who we are
Spinluckclub (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the free social casino at spinluckclub.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We keep the information we collect to a minimum:
- Guest play data. When you start playing, we create a guest profile containing a random identifier, your virtual coin balance, pending free spins, the times you claimed daily gifts, and a history of the rounds you played (game, bet, outcome and coin change).
- Guest cookie. A random token stored in an essential cookie links your browser to your guest profile. We store only a one-way (SHA-256) hash of this token, never the token itself.
- Google sign-in (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google, Google and Firebase provide us with basic account details such as your name, email address and a unique account identifier.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting servers may briefly log technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.
We do not collect payment details. Spinluckclub has no purchases, deposits or withdrawals.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contract. To provide the games you ask to play, including your coin balance, daily gifts and round history.
- Legitimate interests. To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- Consent. Where you choose to sign in with Google. You can sign out at any time.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and browser storage that are needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
5. Third-party services
If you sign in with Google, your sign-in is handled by Google and Firebase (Google LLC), whose own privacy policies apply. Our fonts and images are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your data to font or image providers. We do not use advertising networks or analytics services.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting and database providers and, if you use it, Google sign-in), and where the law requires us to.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. Because guest profiles are linked only to a browser cookie, we may need you to contact us from the same browser so we can identify your profile.
8. Children’s privacy
Spinluckclub is only for adults aged 18 and over. Players must confirm they are 18+ before playing. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the service, please contact us and we will delete their data.
9. Data security
Guest cookies are HTTP-only, so page scripts cannot read them, and are sent only over HTTPS on the live site. We store only a hash of your guest token, and every coin change is recorded in an auditable ledger. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Data retention
Guest cookies and guest sessions expire after 180 days. If you clear your cookies, you lose access to your guest progress and we cannot restore it. Server security logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
