Spinluckclub is a free social casino for adults 18+. No real-money gambling. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.
1. Acceptance of terms

2. Age restriction
Spinluckclub is for adults aged 18 and over only. By playing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may suspend access if we believe a player is under 18.
3. Nature of the games
Spinluckclub is a free social casino for entertainment only. All games use virtual coins:
- Virtual coins are free and cannot be purchased.
- Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of monetary value.
- No real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals or prizes are offered.
- Success in social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Game rules and paytables are available inside each game. Outcomes are generated by a cryptographic random number generator. Our games are original social games and are not certified real-money gambling products.
4. Guest play and accounts
Guest progress, including your coin balance, is stored for your current browser using a cookie for up to 180 days. Clearing your cookies, changing browser or using another device will lose access to that progress, and we cannot restore it. Guest balances are not linked to Google accounts or shared between devices. We may adjust, reset or remove virtual coin balances, for example to correct errors or stop abuse.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or automation to play or claim rewards;
- exploit bugs or interfere with the site’s security or operation;
- attempt to sell, trade or transfer virtual coins; or
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. No affiliation
Spinluckclub is an independent service. The responsible gambling organisations we link to are independent charities and public bodies. Linking to them does not mean they endorse us.
7. Intellectual property
All game designs, artwork, characters (including Felix), logos, text and code on Spinluckclub belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Because virtual coins have no monetary value, losing coins or progress is not a financial loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
